I am a composer. I create scores for films, write and arrange for contemporary ensembles and produce multi layered recordings for my own solo material. My focus is on minimalism but I am not restrained by genre. I find my influences in the complex repetitions of Steve Reich’s hypnotizing orchestrations, the despair of Dimitri Shostakovitch’s dissonant and passionate melodies and the wild freedom of electric-era Miles Davis’ themes and improvisations.

I am a producer and audio engineer, I have been helping others create and capture their music since I was young. I work with artists in a variety of styles, from recording contemporary classical ensembles to 13-piece big bands. I captured and produced live recordings at Broad Street Visitors Center, a recording studio I built and operated from 2013 to 2021. I am now working out of a studio in East Atlanta

I am musician. In my studio I play piano, celeste, vibraphone, drums and percussion, violin, cello, upright bass, electric bass and guitar, clarinet, alto clarinet, bass clarinet, soprano saxophone, esraj, bonang, taishokoto and erhu. I perform live primarily on guitar, upright and electric bass.
